To rent a vehicle from us, you must be at least 25 years of age, hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of three years, and provide acceptable identification and payment method. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse service at our discretion.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee vehicle availability. All reservations are subject to confirmation by our team. We will notify you of confirmation or unavailability within two business hours during operating times.
All prices displayed are in British Pounds Sterling and include applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change based on availability and demand. Full payment or authorized hold is required before vehicle release. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled rental incur no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Vehicles must be operated in accordance with UK traffic laws and manufacturer specifications. Prohibited uses include racing, off-road driving, towing, transporting hazardous materials, subleasing, and operation while impaired. Violations may result in immediate termination of rental and additional charges.
All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage. You are responsible for damage deductibles and charges for violations, fines, or damage resulting from prohibited use. Our insurance does not cover personal belongings left in vehicles.
You agree to inspect the vehicle upon receipt and report any existing damage or concerns immediately. Failure to report pre-existing damage may result in liability for that damage. Vehicles must be returned in similar condition, allowing for normal wear.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply based on current fuel prices plus a service fee.
Daily rentals include 300 miles. Prestige and Performance categories include unlimited mileage. Additional miles beyond allowance are charged at rates specified in your rental agreement.
Late returns without prior authorization are subject to additional daily charges and potential penalties if they affect subsequent bookings.
24-hour roadside assistance is included with all rentals. Contact information is provided in the vehicle and in your rental confirmation. Assistance covers mechanical failures but not issues resulting from misuse or negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vehicle rental or website use. Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or our licensors' property and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
