The General Data Protection Regulation grants you comprehensive rights regarding your personal data. We are committed to facilitating the exercise of these rights.
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and, where applicable, access that data along with supplementary information including processing purposes, data categories, and recipients.
You may request correction of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete data. We will communicate any rectification to recipients of your data unless this proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort.
Under certain circumstances, you may request deletion of your personal data. This right applies when data is no longer necessary for original purposes, you withdraw consent, you object to processing, or data was unlawfully processed. Legal obligations may require us to retain certain data despite erasure requests.
You may request restriction of processing when you contest data accuracy, processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure, we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims, or you have objected to processing pending verification of legitimate grounds.
Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. Upon objection, we will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues, if you believe our processing of your personal data violates GDPR.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within one month of receipt, with possible extension by two further months where necessary considering request complexity and number. We will inform you of any such extension within one month of receiving the request.
We may request specific information from you to confirm your identity when exercising your rights. This security measure ensures personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized persons.
